Master your foundation and find your float through serious play.
Service Description
Hand balancing can seem intimidating at first, but the feeling of "float" is well worth the discomfort of learning something new. My intention for this workshop is to provide a learning space for us to explore a variety of warm ups, drills and technique so you can leave equipped and confident to progress your practice going forward. What to expect: -90mins of some serious play, (single sessions workshop) -fun and effective warm ups -partner exercises and learning to spot safely -a "how to" on how to properly set up your foundation -wall drills to understand alignment -personalized feedback and tips for each student -cool down -optional homework LOCATION: Downward Dog Yoga Centre 30 Ossington Ave. Toronto WHEN: Sunday June 28th 2:30pm-4pm *Limited spots available.
